End User License Agreement

Welcome to MountMonitor! By using our web application, you agree to the terms and conditions in this End User License Agreement (EULA).
1. License Grant
MountMonitor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our web application for personal or business purposes in accordance with this EULA. This license is provided only for lawful purposes and must be used as intended.
2. User Responsibilities
By using MountMonitor, you agree to:

- Avoid reverse engineering, disassembling, or decompiling any part of the software.

3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to MountMonitor, including logos, content, and technology, remain the property of MountMonitor. You are not permitted to reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any portion of our web application without prior written consent.
4. Termination
MountMonitor reserves the right to terminate your access to the web application if you breach any terms outlined in this EULA. Upon termination, you must discontinue all use of the application.
5. Limitation of Liability
MountMonitor performs daily backups to safeguard your data but is not liable for any data loss.
MountMonitor is designed to perform financial calculations with precision and in accordance with widely accepted practices to ensure accuracy. However, users are responsible for verifying all calculations with a financial advisor or accountant and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations.
Users act as the merchant of record for all payments collected through MountMonitor. This includes the responsibility to determine, disclose, and apply any processing fees, surcharges, or taxes in accordance with local laws and regulations. MountMonitor is not responsible for how fees or taxes are applied, displayed, or communicated to end customers.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
MountMonitor is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. While we strive to ensure the web application is available and reliable, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that it will meet your expectations. Use of the web application is at your own risk.
7. Updates
We may provide updates to enhance the functionality or security of the web application. You agree to receive these updates, which may include modifications to this EULA. Significant changes will be communicated to you in advance.
8. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the New Zealand where MountMonitor is registered. Any disputes related to this agreement will be subject to the courts in that jurisdiction.
